Woolley & Wallis will be holding four collective property auctions in 2013. Our Devizes Auction will include the sale of a significant farm that was last sold by auction at the Bear Hotel on 6th May 1920. We will be holding our annual New Forest Auction at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst. This sale is held in June each year and has proved very popular with premium prices acheived for land, cottages for refurbishment and equestrian property.
