Further to recent Government advice we feel it appropriate to close our offices and move our teams to working from home during these difficult times. We will therefore be working remotely to continue helping our clients and customers and will take all possible steps to ensure service levels remain high during these rather challenging times.
Please call the normal office telephone lines as your calls will continue to be answered and forwarded to the appropriate member of staff..
We appreciate how difficult and uncertain this period will be for everyone but we would like to reassure you that during it we will do all we can to help.
Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe and well.
In response to the latest Government guidance on 13th May please click here for the current advice. Our virtual door remains open and our physical office doors are open by prior appointment in accordance with the guidelines.
This is a developing situation and although it is not 'business as usual' it is one of many positive steps towards it becoming so.

A farm yard of approximately 0.85 acre set on high ground with two steel-framed barns each of about 3,000 sq. ft.
A rare opportunity to acquire a former farm yard of approximately 0.85 acre with a pair of substantial steel-framed barns each of about 3,000 sq. ft. occupying an elevated position in the sought after New Forest National Park village of South Gorley. To date, the barns have been used for a range of agricultural and related storage purposes.
TRACTOR BARN (59' x 30') A 4 bay steel-framed barn with corrugated clad elevations accessed via high roller door with 13' clearance. Adjoining the barn is a 2 bay WORKSHOP (30' x 30') with inspection pit and a TRACTOR SHED (28' x 14').
CATTLE BARN (60' x 47') A 4 bay steel-framed barn with part block and corrugated elevation adjoining CATTLE COLLECTING YARD.
Within the yard there is also a SINGLE GARAGE of concrete panel construction and a STORE ROOM.
South Gorley is situated within the New Forest National Park and all planning related enquiries should be directed to:
New Forest National Park Authority
Lymington Town Hall
T: 01590 646615 (between 9am and 12pm)
Given the agricultural-use history of the barn and location within the New Forest National Park prospective purchasers are advised to satisfy any enquiries with the N.F.N.P. planning authority.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be an overage covenant applied on the property in the event that planning consent for residential purposes is granted.
The pretty New Forest village of South Gorley lies on the very western edge of the New Forest National Park between the Avonside towns of Fordingbridge and Ringwood. Both can be conveniently accessed via the near-by A338 and both offer a range of shopping and recreational facilities. The A338 and A31 at Ringwood supply access to the larger commercial and employment centres of Bournemouth and Southampton respectively, where there are mainline rail stations to London (Waterloo) and international airports. The outdoor enthusiast is well catered for by the unspoiled acres of the New Forest and the local community is well supported by a popular public house, The Royal Oak, at neighbouring North Gorley.
Neither mains electricity nor water is presently connected although we understand there is a mains water connection in the track from the highway.
Leave Fordingbridge travelling in a southerly direction on the A338. After approximately 2 miles turn left into Lawrence Lane and follow the road to the far end. Turn right at the T junction and continue for a short distance in the direction of South Gorley Green. Turn left at the Green and thereafter turn into the first track on the right hand side, whereupon the entrance to Cuckoo Copse Yard will be located after about 100 yards on the right hand side.
