Property Description

The Government has a £50 million Woodland Carbon Guarantee scheme to boost tree-planting in the fight against climate change. The new scheme will encourage farmers and landowners to plant more trees and create woodland in return for payments as these trees grow. Successful participants will be offered the option to sell Woodland Carbon Units to the Government over 35 years at a guaranteed price, thus providing an income for businesses to compensate for their carbon emissions.

There is a public footpath and a bridleway over the property as shown on the sale plan and the property is easily accessed from the village road which leads off the A360.

The land is sold with vacant possession by private treaty as a whole.
